We offer custom, fully inclusive weddings for up to 125 guests with a property buyout. Private events are produced in a stunning and stress-free way that leaves you and your guests living in the moment.

Welcome BBQ Dinner
Main Courses: Whole roasted pig with Carolina barbeque sauce and Stone Ranch wagyu beef brisket with Oaxacan barbeque sauce and red rainbow trout with fermented green garlic.
Sides: Cast-iron mac and cheese, cornbread and honey butter, coleslaw, collard greens, green salad with buttermilk dressing and lemon/dill vinaigrette, Dixon melon salad with roasted passila peppers and almonds, and ranchero beans.
Dessert: Apple crisp with cinnamon whipped cream.
Rehearsal Dinner
Appetizers: Raw bar – fresh and smoked Olympic Peninsula shellfish, accoutrement and petit lettuces and radishes. Cured meats and Montana cheeses.
Dinner (Plated family style according to preferences): Yellowstone grass-fed beef bavette, grilled Bitterroot Valley chicken with white barbeque sauce, wild Alaskan salmon with preserved lemon and horseradish, fingerling potato with Manchego cheese and aromatics, creamed corn with espelette chili, grilled broccoli salad with white beans and grilled onion, farm heirloom tomato salad with watermelon vinaigrette and picholine olives, garlic bread, grilled farm vegetables with red wine vinaigrette, cast-iron mushrooms and sage.
Dessert: Macerated strawberries with angel food cake and vanilla whipped cream.
Reception Dinner
First Course: Bibb lettuce, Champagne vinaigrette, fromage blanc, Montana-grown Paradise peaches, purple basil, pickled Hungarian pepper and chanterelle mushroom conserva.
Second Course: Alaskan halibut with sweet corn sauce, summer squash relish, chive and radish sprout.
Third Course: Yellowstone grass-fed beef tenderloin, Montana farro, farm rappini, wild mushrooms and red pepper harissa condiment.
Fourth Course: Dessert bar, including butterscotch budino, chocolat pot de crème, macarons and pecan shortbread cookie.

Yes, a large wedding must be a buyout of all The Ranch’s accommodations and services for a minimum of three nights, so that we can provide first-class services to all your wedding guests. If you are interested in eloping with a group of 20 or less, you do not need to buy out the property.
Please note that during the spring, winter and fall, a buyout is more likely to be available and at a reduced rate from our peak summer season.
Buyouts for groups of 21 or more start at $90,000 per night plus a 23% Ranch fee. We are happy to create a custom quote for your party. Please fill out our wedding and event request for proposal at the bottom of the page.
Yes. If you are interested in a wedding at The Ranch, we encourage you to find a wedding planner that can help bring all aspects of your destination wedding together in our beautiful setting. Though we provide catering, set-up, on-site coordination, staff, accommodations, activities and more, a wedding coordinator works with you through all aspects of the process, including liaising with your guests and creating a unique vision. If you don’t have a wedding planner in mind, we can recommend trusted vendors.

No, The Ranch is designed to be an all-inclusive resort, so our services are based on providing activities, dining and amenities for guests staying on-property.
Yes. The majority of our guests plan an outdoor ceremony, and most of the time the ceremony goes off without a hitch. However, Montana weather (and all weather) can surprise us. In that case, we will propose a beautiful indoor space that will complement your wedding vision.
Yes! All of our catering is on-site, and it is all prepared by our world-class Relais & Châteaux culinary team. Please see above for sample menus prepared by Executive Chef Josh Drage. Our menus are created based on the preferences of the bride and groom.

Airport transfers are available and included from Missoula, Butte and Anaconda airports. A Ranch employee will greet guests at the airport and drive them to The Ranch. Water and snacks are available for the drive.
Your Group Coordinator will collect all flight/travel information prior to arrival in order to provide transportation for all guests.
