The Rock Creek Reset

Immerse yourself in the natural rhythm of Rock Creek with this half-day retreat designed to support rest, recovery, and connection to the surrounding landscape. Cannabidiol (CBD) is derived from the hemp plant and has been shown to help a wide-variety of ailments, including epilepsy; insomnia; and chronic and neuropathic pain. We use Vital Body Therapeutics CBD oil to reduce inflammation, provide pain relief and increase circulation. Sound Bath Meditation

After a consultation, our esthetician will create the optimal facial treatment for your skin’s needs using our professional skincare line. Elements may include cleanses, exfoliation, steam, massage, masks and a final application of moisturizer.

The Elevation Facial

Spa Hours & Etiquette

  • Spa hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for treatments | Tuesdays & Thursdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the summer.
  • Treatments outside of standard hours are available upon request for an extra fee of 20% added at time of service.
  • Advanced booking is recommended. Once on property please check with concierge for availability.
  • Guests that are receiving a massage under the age of 16, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • When scheduling spa treatments, please inform us of any health conditions you have so we may better serve you.

  • As a courtesy to our guests and due to limited availability, we require a minimum of twelve hours notice for cancellation of treatments. Guests who are unable to provide adequate notice, will be charged the full service price.
  • Should you or anyone in your party experience any symptoms of illness or fever, spa appointments will be cancelled with no penalty.

  • Late arrivals will conclude at the scheduled time in order to maintain the highest level of service standards for each guest. Complete service fees still apply for late arrivals.
  • A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to all treatments.
