A Hidden Gem

Get acquainted with our corner of the treasure state

The Ranch at Rock Creek was first recognized as a mining claim in the 1800’s. Montana geocaching combines our heritage for treasure hunting with modern-day technology. Using GPS devices, individual guests and groups locate caches, or hidden boxes, across The Ranch’s environs. Geocaching is a great way to become acquainted with our corner of the Treasure State by hiking, biking and orienteering – honing your outdoor skills along the way.

“The activities are incredible. We did archery, geocaching, fly fishing and yoga. There's really nowhere else you can go in the state that would provide this level of access to Montana adventures, with absolutely no stress about arranging them.”

“At the Ranch at Rock Creek, the outdoors is the (kids) camp. She had an amazing time geocaching, making out door crafts and (at her request) spent an afternoon hanging out with resident lab, Flynt.”
