From the 2,700 sq. ft. Great Hall to the surrounding flagstone and manicured lawn, the Buckle Barn is our most versatile year-round venue. Bathed in natural light and built with reclaimed barn wood and stamped ceiling tiles, our event barn can be booked for private breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and receptions. Enjoy cocktails on the lawn and an indoor reception or choose to expand into a large outdoor tent.

The Den

The Den Lawn
Manicured lawns next to Camp Roosevelt play host to one of our favorite events, the Hoedown. Although rustic in name, don’t underestimate the raucous good time provided by local musicians, dancing and a pig roast dinner served outdoors. Granite Lodge Flagstone
The Flagstone sits at the center of the Granite Lodge courtyard by the Silver Dollar Saloon and the The Spa at Rock Creek. A welcome reception on the Flagstone may be provided free of charge with your wedding arrangements.

Flint's Forest Rangers Kids Club
Explore the wonders of our ecosystem with Flint’s Forest Rangers. Our kids club is a fun, outdoor educational program. Kids participate in age-appropriate activities guided by a dedicated Flint’s Forest Rangers guide for several hours in the morning or afternoon. Rangers receive a drawstring bag with a water bottle hat and activity passport. Families can expand on the programming with the help of this passport by searching for constellations at night, illustrating what they find and picking up paw print stamps as they explore.

Yes, the Ranch does provide babysitting services, here are a few important things to know about our babysitting:Cost is $50/hr per babysitter.

We require 8 hours notice for cancellations. If notice is given less than 8 hours, guest will be charged in full for the assigned babysitting shift.
Reservations of babysitting need to be a minimum of 2 hours.
Yes, we are pet-friendly! There is an extra charge of $100 per night for up to two pets for pet amenities. We cannot allow pets to stay in the Granite Lodge, but our reservations specialists can help you book another accommodation where they can stay with you.
No pets are allowed in dining areas.
Yes, but depending on the size of your family and their preferred dining times, some meals may take place at separate tables, but next to one another. Other meals we will be able to accommodate all family members at one table.
Yes, all accommodations will have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. You can also request additional complimentary beverages, snacks and periodicals to be stocked in your accommodation.
Depending on the size of the family and special requests, there could be a site fee for the location of the private meal. Please speak with your group coordinator to find out the exact cost.
We highly suggest packing layers. Mornings and evenings in Montana are chilly, afternoons have warmer temperatures.
All equipment needed for activities is provided through Rod & Gun Club. However, we do suggest that you pack your own hiking boots, hats, sunglasses, gloves and other commonly used items to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Riding boots with a one inch heel are recommended.
Airport transfers are available and included from Missoula, Butte and Anaconda airports. A Ranch employee will greet guests at the airport and drive them to The Ranch. Water and snacks are available for the drive.
